Hello everybody, I've just bought a halogen/ventilated oven. It says I can steam food but it doesn't say how. I've read that I shouldn't put the water in the glass container but in a pan insted and then put the food hight up. Is it true? Why can I not

Hi Everybody, I bought a Visicook halogen oven a couple of weeks ago and have just started using it 'in anger'. So far, I've cooked 2 chickens along with roast potatoes and oven chips and the results thus far are very good. I am looking forward t
