Tier: 5th Generation OU
Special Rules: Dissallow Specs, Sleep Clause, Freeze Clause, Species Clause, Self-KO Clause (yeah, kinda restrictive), Legend Clause (No Legendaries Allowed... But don't fret, lots of non-legend pokemon are good...)
Other Notes: DW abilities are mostly allowed except for the following: Drizzle, Magic Mirror, Shadow Tag (Drought might be soon...)

Well, I decided to make this. I used a picture editor for most of it, that's why there is no actual road or grass.
I used Saffron's tiles.
Hi, this is a little game like project to create a Pokemon League for my Pokemon Hack. There will be different rounds, some for gyms, some for E4/Champ, and some for rivals. I hope you will participate in this!
