Back on the 5 Bite Diet Wagon
I am sick of my clothes not fitting. I have increasingly gained weight in the past year and a half. I am starting today to get this chub off! I do remember the first three days being the most difficult.
Has anyone purchased the book? And if so am I missing out on anything because I don't own it??
Here's to a great beginning.
