Know issues with Blackstar?

I recently posted that my HT20 mysteriously died on me after less than four months of ownership and less than 12 hours total use. I mentioned this on another (British) forum and it appears I'm not the only one. Several people who have purchased the HT20 (both head and combo), have reported the same thing.

Have Blackstar said anything about this? Are there any other forum members having similar problems?

I purchased a Blackstar Series One 100 watt head 8 months ago. well, 3 week's ago I was having problems with the DPR knob, idle noise and the volume cutting out on the clean channel. So, I went to Blackstar's website and looked up the closest auth.
Made a large POP and then stopped making any sound. ..If I plug my guitar directly into the effects loop I can get a clean sound out of head phones connected to the emulated out only (I cannot get any sound out to a cab using the speaker outs at all) ...
