As the topic subject says, which do you prefer? The Shugo Chara manga, or the anime?
In all honesty, I prefer the manga. They made things less... cliche, y'know? The anime kinda changed it to be more like other animes, IMO.

Simple concept, really. You go down the alphabet coming up with words that start with the letter.
Example wrote:
A: Apple
B: Banana
C: Cloud
Pictures are allowed, so long as they're PG-13 and deal with the letter in question.
