Liver, Bacon and Onions

I searched everywhere for a Halogen Oven liver, bacon and onions recipe and couldn't find one. I decided to try my own and the result was absolutely delicious. Here it is.

Ingredients:-

1/2 lb to 3/4 lb of lambs liver thinly sliced
4 rashers of lean back bacon
1 small onion chopped
3 or 4 mushrooms chopped
Tablespoonful of plain flour
Tablespoon of dried mixed herbs
