Help with cooking a turkey crown!
Can anyone help?
I have a 12L halogen oven and am hoping to cook a turkey crown in it christmas day.
I need to cook a 2.9 Kilo (6.4lb) turkey crown and am not too sure on how long to cook it, if it will even fit or how to go about it

I wasn't sure whether you can cover the crown with tin foil either, so that it stays moist?
