Black Pudding and Goats Cheese
Wonderful snack lunch or posy dinner party starter.
Some Horseshoe or Black pudding slices and some Chevre log. Place black pudding on non stick pan at high level and two/three mins at 180 either side. Then top with chevre log and cook until bubbling, golden brown cheese. For a starter serve doubled up as a tower with green salad, red onion marmalade and a balsamic garlic or chilli glaze.

* 1/2 cup refined
