iv just got a visicook crisp and bake cooker
im wanting to roast a leg of lamb weighing 2.6kg. im not sure how long to put it in for or at what temp!
if someone could advise me that would be great!

A couple of days ago I purchased from Ideal World a Visicook Crisp and Bake oven. It didnt appear to have a model numbe but it is one that has a tumbler built in for turning chips etc (Bit like an acti-fry).

When cooking smaller items together on the upper and lower racks like bacon, sauasge, beefburgers, steaks etc. I have noticed that the items on the top cook faster than on the bottom so you will need to place the food on the upper and lower racks
