Hi all has anyone got a recipe for a fruit cake please
My fruit cake is not cooked inside and the bottom is very soggy the top and outside is cooked perfect
Classic English Fruit Cake
Ingredients (serves 10):
170g unsalted butter
170g light brown sugar
4 medium sized eggs
100ml apple juice
170g sultanas
170g raisins
170g currants
250g plain flour
55g ground almonds
2 x 15ml tablespoons black
Hi everyone,I used my halogen oven for the first time yesterday and I cooked a lasagne and a fruit cake....Both turned out absolutely brilliantly.....so I must have been very lucky at guessing the temp and the time...bring it on HO bring it on!!
I want to make a "Juicy Fruit" rainbow cake (silly farm makes it) out of TAG paints.
What colors would you recommend to make it?
