I'm obsessed with this genre (when it's not maddeningly impossible). Mateus Skutnik does it better than anyone else I've played. In particular, the Submachine series is visually appealing, viscerally creepy, and for the most part, logically-based.
Submachine World
There are 7 submachine games, though 1-5 are the main ones; the other 2 are sort of spin-offs. On the screen this takes you to, start at 1 and work your way up. I
