Loud creaking noise at full lock and over speed bumps

Loud noise, new HT-5R Combo

Dear Blackstar gurus, Please help me sort out a very strange thing with the brand new HT-5R combo. Since day one, it emits an extremely annoying and loud noise, via both speaker and emulated ouput. Noise sample in MP3 file can be found at

Hissing noise from speaker

I have my American standard strat connected to my ht5r combo and I am getting a hissing sound from the speaker. It gets worse when I turn up the gain on the overdrive channel. This noise was not there before. I don't have that on my Fender princeton

So I went to fire up the AC in the Roadie and the blower fan is making a loud growling noise of sort on high speed, I rarely use the AC so I don' t mind for now but it's gunna be a real headache in the winter, I'm assuming I can get at it from under the

This is just a FYI for someone who may come across this same thing. I had a loose RCA input that wasn't making ground (I use the nylon spacers on the new gold RCA). At any rate I guess the grounding ring wasn't making contact with the ouside of the RCA.
