Dynaco OUTPUT transformers - how to check out a used one ..

I had someone Email me and ask me how to check out a used Dynaco A-470 transformer to see if it will operate properly when installed in an amp.

Hi all. When I meter the G/W to B/W resistance on one of my A470, I get a reading of 149ohms. When I measure the G to B on the same transformer I get 60 ohms. The other transformer has 69 ohms on the G/W to B/W and 60 ohms on the G to B. Does this
I just purchased a mark 3 with original transformers (cloth leads) and plan to restore the unit. One mark 3 isn't good enough and I'll need another one (gotta have a pair). Problem is, do I try to find a junk amp on eBay just to salvage the vintage
