This is a big hit at my house and at work. It's even been served at special occasions, like Christmas parties, baby showers, wedding receptions, and card parties. It's so easy to do, and it's all done ahead. Leftovers taste great warmed up. As you'll see
I tried this on the weekend. Very tasty ... I think I'll use this at the cottage next summer with potato salad, coleslaw and corn on the cob.
SLOW COOKER PULLED PORK (Makes 8 servings)
2 cups thinly sliced onions
3 pound pork loin roast
2 cup

I didn't know what pork goujons were, so I decided to try this recipe because it sounded really good....and it is really good! I looked up goujons---it is of French origin and it means small strips of fish or meat that are coated with bread crumbs
