Another stamp that I have been staring at for an hour, can't work out whether it is a symbol or letters, or even which way is up!

Bought this teapot the other day, I didn't notice the impressd mark on the bottom rim until I got home, it looks like FP to me, although I am usually wrong. Does anyone have any suggestions as to possible manufacturer ?
Vase is 3.5 " high & 3.5" wide. Has a HP mark on the back, white clay bottom. Any ideas as to who the maker might be?

Could anyone confirm if this is a leach Mark or not. I know genuine Leach marks when i see it, but not sure about this one.
