Cherry Blossom Flower Fairy - WOCS 176

This is the cover kit from issue 176 of WOCS. It was alot of work for such a small piece! The threads took ages to sort, they are all shades of brown, beige and cream. I had to get my DMC out to match them in the end. I changed some of the back-stitch to grey (wings) and red (dress). I also used a pink pen to colour the aida which was originally white, then I backed it with pink card which looks really pretty with the mount.
