This topic is long overdue. The majority of members of the forum are fiction writers involved in the process of writing a novel. This thread is for anyone involved in fiction writing, who wants to ask questions, add advice and share common problems when structuring a novel.
Before the discussion even begins, something ought to be said about the number of hours that should be set aside to write the novel. This will be different for individual writers
