Solemn Warning vs Reborn Tengu

1) My opponent Normal summons a Tengu, i warning it. Does he get to special another Tengu?

2)i Synchro summon Shooting Quasar, My opponent warning. Do i get to special summon a Shooting star?

3)For DoppelWarrior effect, Can we choose to summon 1 token instead of 2?

When u use cards like reborn tengu or sangan to XYZ summon, do u get the search eff of sangan when he send to the grave? or can u ss a reborn tengu if hes sent to grave as a xyz material??
