Where to get PAL version for my emulator?

I can't seem to find any PAL version for my epsx emulator.

I've found several downloads, but the sound is always screeching and there are a lot of weird bugs.. In some versions I can't unlock penguin, and some version are "enhanced version".

What I need is just a normal PAL version of CTR for my emulator.

It's probably considered cheating to post your high scores in here if you gained them by using
